Elagabalus laureate bust to right and Julia Maesa bust to left, around legend AVT K M AVP ANTONEINOC AV**G IOVLIA* MAICA AV**G*, rev. Hera with patera and sceptre to left, around V**P IOVL ANT*CELE**VKOV MAPKIANO**POLITWN*, E to right. (cf.S.3147, Mionnet 276 [p.101, Vol 2], Pick 944 [p.272], Varbanov 1626, Pfeiffer 469), issued with the name of the Roman Governor of Moesia Inferior Julius Antonius Seleucus; another, Severus Alexander & Julia Mamaea (222-235 A.D.), AE 25, 7.98 g, obv. laureate, draped cuirased bust to r., of Severus Alexander, Julia Mamaea draped bust to l. facing, rev. Tyche standing facing, head to l. holding rudder and cornucopiae, (Varbanov 1849, Pfeiffer 611); Gordian III and Sarapis, (A.D. 238-244), AE 27, (12.70 g), obv. Gordian III laureate draped and cuirassed bust right facing Sarapis bust draped to left, rev. Zeus seated left holding wreath and sceptre, (Varbanov 2029, Pfeiffer 662).
